Signature Weddings at Hewitt Oaks include all the amenities for a sophisticated wedding, customizable with exquisite decor and culinary selections. All-inclusive packages average $55,000, but we have options available ranging from $25,000-$150,000+ depending on the season and day of the week. All Signature Weddings include the use of the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception locations of your choice, including access to the Bridal Cottage and Huling Lounge for getting ready.
Planning, catering, and design are provided by our experienced team. Because these services are provided in-house, you get a better value and so much less stress! You get to make all the fun decisions about style and flavors without the bother of tedious details and logistics.

Exclusivity on your wedding day
All Signature Weddings include the exclusive use of the selected ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception sites for 5 hours on your wedding day with inclement weather backup locations available if needed. We are committed to having only ONE wedding per day, meaning venue spaces are available only to you and your guests. Here at Hewitt Oaks, our 25 acres are all for you!

Allow our talented planners to assist in the details! Choose your level of support during the planning process. When the big day arrives, your professional planner will be involved throughout your wedding.
In addition, all Signature Weddings include a venue walkthrough before your wedding to determine your layout and design, as well as venue services coordination to direct vendor logistics.

All food served at Hewitt Oaks is prepared on-site by our artisan culinary team. Your guests will enjoy world-class cuisine featuring locally sourced vegetables, fruits, meats, and cheeses from our farm partners.
Executive Chef Christopher Hewitt brings extraordinary talent and experience. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America at Hyde Park, NY, Chef Hewitt worked with Bobby Flay for 12 years, competed on Iron Chef, and has earned many other awards and accolades.
Luxurious on-site accommodations
Hewitt House is our Southern Luxury Bed & Breakfast, available exclusively to our event clients. With ten thoughtfully styled bedrooms, guests wake to a decadent hot breakfast, bridal parties steal away for pre-wedding poolside fun, and evenings unfold beautifully in the formal dining room.
Inspired by effortless southern warmth mixed with French refinement and a dash of whimsy, Hewitt House is an unforgettable wedding-weekend haven made for gathering your favorite people!

What am I able to customize?
Our Signature Wedding package is designed to give you customization without the overwhelm! Choose from these options to make it your own:
- Cake: Your choice of flavor with Classic Buttercream and a beaded border at the base of each tier or Nearly Naked style.
- Accent color for linens
- Gold or silver flatware
- Color palette for florals
- Hors d’oeuvres and Plated Dinner from the Lowcountry Luxury Weddings Catering Menu, or upgrade to Food Stations
To receive the special Lowcountry Luxury Wedding Package pricing, you must choose from only the provided options and Á la Carte Services. However, if you have a different vision we’d love to bring it to life with Bespoke Wedding proposal!
Is tax included in the prices?
6% sales tax will be added to the total. 2% Beaufort County hospitality tax will be added to food & beverage costs. 5% liquor tax will be added to alcohol costs.
When can I book a Lowcountry Luxury Package?
Lowcountry Luxury Weddings can be booked on Monday-Saturday, subject to the daily minimums. The minimum rate must be reached before service & tax are added.
Exclusions: Holiday rates may apply for select dates. We are closed for business on Sunday.
Why are the minimum rates different each year?
Our minimums are based on the level of demand, with higher minimums for dates that are more popular. The demand for dates is influenced by the days of the week, time of year, and the advance booking time frame. The minimums for this year are less than next year since demand is higher for dates with more advanced booking.
What are the daily minimums at Hewitt Oaks?
Regardless of the package you select, each day of the year at Hewitt Oaks requires achieving a minimum spend to secure the date. We host a variety of events in addition to weddings and the Minimum Charts below reflect the minimum subtotal (prior to service and tax) required to book any type of event at our property. The Lowcountry Luxury Wedding rates provided above do not change, even if the date selected carries a lower minimum requirement.
For your assistance, the Lowcountry Luxury package prices include the service charge. The pricing below in parentheses includes service, while the pricing in bold reflects the required minimum subtotal prior to 22% service and variable tax, so that you can compare minimum rates while also being mindful of the total cost. All package prices and in-house upgrades/add-ons apply toward the minimum spend.
