Hosting our first Fab Friendsgiving Soirée was an absolute treat! We gobbled Apple Cranberry Stuffed Chicken and Pumpkin Risotto ’til we did the “Wobble” on the dance floor, played by DJ Henry Race. Then we cozied up with mugs of spiked cider in our blankets and boots and shared time with the women we’re most thankful for!
We ended the night around s’more-lined fire tables, and we’re waking up full of gratitude for this community and our infamous soirées as we head into Thanksgiving week.
These quarterly Ladies’ Nights have never been about the money. In fact, sometimes we barely break even with everything that goes into putting them on! People may not believe us when we say that, and sure there’s always a guest or two that find something to complain about…but the truth is, Christopher and I bought this property with intentions to use it for good, including occasions exactly like these.
Giving people in our community the opportunity to come together and spend a lavish evening of connection with each other is an honor, so we host them every chance we get!
We love to entertain and show God’s love to others, so having this kind of opportunity really does feed our “why,” and for that we’re very grateful — at Thanksgiving and all year long.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to all the wonderful women who fill our cups every time you continue to show up — for us, for your friends, and for yourselves! We hope we filled your cup and you’re walking into Thanksgiving week feeling rested and replenished. Wishing you and yours a wonderful Thanksgiving!
