Sale prices are only valid Thursday, January 25 through Sunday, January 28 at 11:59PM EST. To receive this special pricing, your chosen add-ons MUST be paid in full at the time of purchase during the sale. They cannot be added to your invoice for a later date.
Pricing includes 22% service, which covers set up, tear down, clean up, and liability insurance. 7% sales tax and 2% Beaufort County hospitality tax will be applied at checkout.
If you have already opted for one of these add-ons previously on your proposal or BEO, you can still participate in the sale if paid for during the sale dates. We will adjust your BEO accordingly.
No changes, substitutions, or refunds will be allowed for these add-ons. There is no exception to this.

Where do I pickup my order?
Christmas Meals are ready for pickup on Thursday, December 23 from 1-3pm or 3-5pm. Easy reheating instructions will be provided so you can enjoy on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day! Pickup location is Hewitt Oaks event venue:
