Holiday Gatherings may be scheduled on Tuesday-Saturday within the timeframes specified for each menu and day. As these are specialized discounted packages for our community’s holiday celebrations, we’re not able to offer substitutions.
Cuisine & Bar
Our Chefs combine a balance of flavors, styles and textures into whimsical menus that are sure to satisfy every palate this holiday season. We source locally whenever possible, and promise to use the finest ingredients. All of your menu selections will be prepared on-site to ensure your food is served fresh and delicious. All Holiday Gathering Packages include non-alcoholic beverage service. Bar service is available.
Design & Decor
Our Designers will arrange your tables and food displays with elegant holiday style. Each Holiday Gathering Package includes:
• Venue fee (a value of $1200-$6000) with set-up and clean-up handled by our team so you don’t have to lift a finger!
• Food service and guest tables set up indoors
• Tables, chairs, linens, china, table settings, and glassware
• Tealight candles with evergreens for a festive centerpiece
• Use of Wi-Fi internet and one bluetooth speaker with wireless, hand-held microphone

Event Scheduling
1These special packages are available for events happening December 1 to December 18. Holiday Gatherings may be scheduled on Tuesday-Saturday within the time frames specified for each menu, subject to the minimums for each day, time, and location. As these are specialized discounted packages for our community’s holiday celebrations, we’re not able to offer substitutions. If you desire to schedule an event at a different time, we’ll be glad to provide you with a customized proposal.
Event Staffing
Event staff are included in the package pricing with the exception
of Bartenders and Chef Stations. Bartenders are $150 per 50 guests, and Chef Station attendants are $95 per station.

A Very Merry Hors d’Oeuvres Party
Includes 3 hours of event time with service of sweet and unsweet teas, water, and Poinsettia Punch. Available Tuesday-Saturday.
$69.95 per person
Availability is subject to the food and beverage minimums for your chosen day, time, and location. See the Holiday Party Minimums chart. Pricing is fee-inclusive but excludes tax and optional gratuity.
+$9.95 per person for Bar Service, and bartender charge of $150 for every 50 guests
Bar Service includes glassware, bar tools, garnishes, Coke, Sprite, Diet Coke, ginger ale, tonic water, and club soda as well as a specialty drink mixer. Cost of alcohol is not included. Beer, wine, and liquor may be provided by you or purchased in advance by us and invoiced at cost.

These special holiday minimums are for 3 hours of event time during December 2 - December 19.
The minimum rate must be reached before service and tax are added.
